Restricted Jurisdictions And Service Availability
Last updated: 2026-06-23
This page explains where GloveCat services are not currently offered. It is an operational and risk disclosure notice, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. GloveCat may update this page as products, launch status, rules, or legal review change.
Current Restricted Jurisdictions
GloveCat services are not currently offered to users located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the service from the following jurisdictions:
| Code | Jurisdiction | Restriction basis |
|---|---|---|
KP | North Korea / DPRK | Sanctions, AML/CFT, and proliferation-financing risk. |
IR | Iran | Sanctions, AML/CFT, and proliferation-financing risk. |
MM | Myanmar | FATF high-risk jurisdiction and elevated illicit-finance risk. |
CU | Cuba | Sanctions and restricted-market compliance risk. |
SY | Syria | Sanctions and restricted-market compliance risk. |
This restriction is based on jurisdiction, residency, and access location. It is not based on ethnicity, language, or personal identity.
Sanctions And Restricted Parties
Users may not access or use GloveCat services if applicable sanctions laws, restricted-party rules, or jurisdiction restrictions prohibit that access or use.
This includes sanctioned or restricted persons, entities owned or controlled by sanctioned or restricted persons, and wallets, accounts, or addresses that are sanctioned, blocked, or otherwise restricted.
GloveCat may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access to services or participation features if sanctions, abuse, circumvention, or other compliance risk is identified. GloveCat may rely on available technical, account, wallet, blockchain, support, and operational signals, but does not guarantee screening of every user, wallet, transaction, or blockchain address.
Restricted Users
Restricted users include:
- Users physically located in a restricted jurisdiction.
- Users ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction.
- Users accessing the service through a restricted-jurisdiction network location or account context.
- Users acting on behalf of a person or entity in a restricted jurisdiction.
Users must not use VPNs, proxies, remote access tools, alternate accounts, or third-party accounts to bypass jurisdiction restrictions.

Rationale
GloveCat includes game, token, reward, NFT, wallet, smart-contract, and community features that may be subject to local game, financial, consumer-protection, tax, advertising, sanctions, and platform rules.
Until jurisdiction-specific review and launch approval are complete, GloveCat does not provide the service in restricted jurisdictions.
Exceptions
There are no public exceptions unless GloveCat publishes a written exception or updated availability notice through GloveCat-published channels.
Internal testing, contractor access, legal review, security review, or administrative access may be allowed only when separately authorized by GloveCat and only for the approved purpose.
Enforcement
GloveCat may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access if a user appears to be in a restricted jurisdiction or appears to be bypassing a restriction.
Restriction checks may use technical, account, wallet, payment, support, community, or operational signals. These checks are imperfect and may be updated over time.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming whether they may lawfully access GloveCat services from their location and under their local rules. If a user becomes located in or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction, they must stop using the service.
